Push yourself

It’s a well known fact that it’s always the extra rep that matters. When you’re done with 10 reps, go for the 11th. This rule applies to life as well in addition to working out.

Have that extra nutrition meal

Go for that extra jogging round

Work that extra hour

Sleep an additional hour

Read another book

Learn that extra skill

Learn another language

Travel another country

Meet a new friend

And when you’re done with that, do it again. Again and again. Because remember it’s always that ‘extra push’ that will take you places. Brace yourself for take off!
