Hello everyone and welcome to another session of Self Therapy 😊
Please don’t mind any grammatical mistakes since I am walking towards my gym as I type this.
Let’s review the past week starting with the most important- mental health. The sleep has significantly improved, I wake up fresh with the thought of conquering my day. Mood has been uplifted and I do see friends every now and then.
Next let’s discuss physical health, been gaining weight. Have gained 2 ksgs in past 2 months easily. Not a good sign as my tummy shows and trust me it’s not a pleasant sight 😛
Anyway I am working out regularly and the gains are evident, a pleasant sight I must say 😉
Coming to work, it’s all good. Overtime gets too much and is taking a toll but we are being told it’s temporary so just hanging on for now.
All in all a good week. My therapist says I now have a better ability to articulate my feelings which is a positive sign ofcourse. There is definite progress. Hoping to have an even better week. That will be all, see you in another session next week.
